Our intent is to help you with the programming of training, to work with you and your staff to help create an environment of success with our software and app-based performance program. This will help your athletic program, it will attract more student athletes, and increase both coaches and student athlete’s chances for success.

Our programming takes a comprehensive approach to training student athletes, helping them to their desired performance and decrease risk of injuries. All from the student athlete’s phone or tablet they can record all lifts and weights.
​
In our program we will collaborate with your coaches to help individualize training for your young athletes, preparing them for what is next while paving the way for being more of a successful athlete. After all, the more successful they are, the more successful your teams are.

MEET OUR TRAINERS
ANTHONY BOLING
My name is Anthony Boling and I own and operate PFit360 which is a personal training business. I am an accomplished Trainer and Coach, and I enjoy using my skills to contribute to the exciting and ever-changing arena of sports performance. I graduated from the Lee University located in Cleveland, TN in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Studies. While attending Lee University I also played on the basketball team. After starting my personal training business, I earned the 2017 Texoma Best “Personal Trainers” Award for my exemplary performance and leadership skills.

- I can not only give attention to individuality but also in group setting. I am deeply passionate about being able to persuade and support people.

- I can encourage people to follow their dreams and motivate them to accomplish their goal.

- I have a quick study with the ability to easily grasp and put into application new ideas, concepts, methods, and technologies. I am also very dedicated, innovative, and self-motivated team player/builder.

I started training athletes in 2015 with my oldest son and a few students. I am obsessed with all thing’s sports enhancement related and I spend my free time building my knowledge and skills for training. I enjoy watching all sports, particularly basketball, walking my labradoodle, and eating Mexican food at a local restaurant.

MANNY ARCENEAUX
Manny Arceneaux holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Alcorn State University in Lorman, MS. Following graduation, Manny joined the Canadian Football League as a member of the British Columbia Lions.
​
In 2011, after two outstanding seasons as a rookie standout in the CFL, he returned to the states and signed with the NFL as a member of the Minnesota Vikings.
​
Manny returned to the CFL to continue his career. His accolades include: 3rd all-time in receiving, 4th all-time in receptions, and named 3rd player in franchise history to record over 1,000 receiving yards in 3 consecutive seasons.
​
His certifications include Speed & Agility Coach (CSAC) - National Sports Performance Association and Level 1 Certification - USA Weight Lifting (USAW).
​
Manny’s impact is not limited to the field. He prides himself on giving back through mentoring youth in partnership with Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver and Alexandria Public Schools in his hometown of Alexandria, Louisiana.
​
Currently, Manny resides in Prosper, TX, with his wife, Andria, a Greater DFW Realtor, and his two-year-old son Deuce.
